REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

Space is limited and acceptance is on a first come first serve basis.  Each attendee must submit their own registration information. When the registration application has been received you will be prompted to "add to cart". Your credit card payment and registration will be completed with this step..

RETREAT DETAILS

Dates: August 1, 2025 – August 3, 2025
Location: The Riverside Hotel 2900 Chinden Blvd., Boise, Idaho 83714
Retreat Fee: $220.00

INCLUDED IN THE RETREAT FEE

•       Access to the Stitching Room during the following hours:

o   Friday, August 1, 2025 from 10:00am – 9:00pm (CHECK IN MUST BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO ENTRY TO STITCH ROOM);

o   Saturday, August 2, 2025 from 8:00am – 9:00pm

o   Sunday, August 3, 2025 from 8:00am – 2:00pm

•       Access to lounge area for small group stitching outside of the above hours
•       An Exclusive design by Jean Workman from Monticello Stitches.  Jean will be stitching with us! Come and meeting this talented and charming designer.
•       Drinks and Snacks
•       Access to Maggie’s on Main Annex for your shopping pleasure!
•       Option to participate in the smalls exchange on Saturday, August 2nd.
•       Chance to win one of many prize drawings, please sign up for our Private retreat Facebook group to receive more  information.
•       Airport shuttle available when staying at the Riverside Hotel to and from Boise Airport

Hotel Information:

•       Accommodations are not included in the Registration Fee
•       Guest room rental: We have reserved a small amount of rooms at the Riverside Hotel at a discounted rate. When reserving your room please mention the Stitching on the River retreat for your discounted room rate..

When completing the registration form you will be accepting the Retreat Waiver and Refund Policies.

RETREAT WAIVER

WAIVER: I  release Maggie’s on Main of Emmett  Idaho from  liability for any theft, property damage or personal injury suffered while participating in or attending any function or meeting at the Stitching on the River Retreat 2025.

REFUND POLICY

CANCELLATION ON OR BEFORE June 30, 2025:

We are able to offer a 100% refund of your registration fee if you notify us of your cancellation on or before the above date. It may take us up to 3 business days to process your refund. You are also responsible for cancelling any additional related bookings, such as accommodations and transportation.
