Our retreat is small venue our maximum number of attendees is capped at 50.
INCLUDED IN THE RETREAT FEE
o Access to the Stitching Room during the following hours:
- Friday, July 10, 2026 from 10:00am – 8:00pm
- (CHECK IN MUST BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO ENTRY TO STITCH ROOM)
- Saturday, July 11, 2026 from 9:00am – 8:00pm
- Sunday, July 12, 2026 from 9:00am – 2:00pm
Stitching hours are set and not subject to change
o Lindsey from Counting Puddles will be our featured designer
o Maggie will be offering an additional optional opportunity to hand decorate a matt designed to match her exclusive design.
No drawing is necessary. The design will be transferred on to the matt.

Accommodations are not included in the Registration Fee.

When completing the registration form you will be accepting the Retreat Waiver and Refund Policies.
RETREAT WAIVER
WAIVER: I release Maggie’s on Main of Emmett Idaho from liability for any theft, property damage or personal injury suffered while participating in or attending any function or meeting at the Stitching on the River Retreat 2026.
REFUND POLICY
CANCELLATION ON OR BEFORE June 30, 2026:
We are able to offer a 100% refund of your registration fee if you notify us of your cancellation on or before the above date. It may take us up to 3 business days to process your refund. You are also responsible for cancelling any additional related bookings, such as accommodations and transportation.
